The story of C'Thun is a story of pity from Smarthuiyuan's blog

The C'Thun players struggle now in WoW Classic is not the tentacled monster of legend that he was. The C'Thun we fight has had his fangs filed down, a nerf that dates back into 2006 when guilds taking on the OG C'Thun believed him unkillable. However, was he, really? Dependent on the abilities wow gold classic players have accrued over the previous 15 decades, I think we can take this giant eyeball how that he was intended to be fought. I think we can destroy pre-nerf C'Thun, and Blizzard should patch him into WoW Classic to give us that opportunity.

The story of C'Thun is a story of pity. Participants drove themselves against the boss for months to no avail. He took a large amount of damage to shoot down until he enraged and immediately murdered everyone, and the fight demanded pinpoint positioning out of all of the raiders. The battle famously had a bug too, which induced ranged tentacles to fend behind walls or directly under gamers, almost guaranteeing full bash wipes. After 80 days with no single clear Blizzard eventually nerfed C'Thun into the ground, and he was easily beaten the identical moment.

It is not merely that the raid as a whole is simpler for the seasoned WoW gamers. Players are doing triple or even quadruple the quantities of individuals's DPS back then so even a pre-nerf C'Thun would readily fall. It's an issue of the playerbase being significantly more skilled, and educated.

If you take a close look at the damage logs of any C'Thun kill right you can now see that's true. You have got players performing between 200 to 300 dps on bosses, and because this is Classic WoW you understand they're watching a movie on their second screen while they perform it. It's tough to cheap wow classic gold find accurate numbers, as most people were not keeping track of dps 15 decades back, but based on Minmaxed, it had been much less than what we're seeing now:"[There is ] a general consensus among people who did perform back then is that it was'way less.' The idea that pre-nerf C'Thun is too high a damage test is foolish."
